Philipp Advisors, LLC was founded in 2005 by John Philipp whose background includes industry, corporate internal audit and public accounting as well as positions as Senior Vice President, Vice President – Finance and Controller for both public and privately-held real estate companies.  Prior to working for one of Madison, Wisconsin’s largest real estate developers, for over six years, John operated his own consulting practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin serving the real estate, construction and service industries.

A Wisconsin native and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, John offers area businesses extensive experience in dealing with day-to-day management: Business, Financial and Project.  Including twenty years serving real estate and construction clients, John’s leadership and experience includes management of finance, treasury, financial reporting, strategic planning, acquisitions/dispositions, development, law, and capital formation.
