John’s experience in capital formation includes assisting a Wisconsin-based real estate fund raise over $42 million in equity since 2000. Working with outside securities counsel, he has prepared numerous offering memorandums and circulars, limited partnership agreements, and limited liability company operating agreements. This also includes expertise in preferred return calculations, exit right, sunset provisions, and asset and portfolio management fees.
- Review strategic plans and business goals and identify the vital issues integral to the future success of your business
- Work with company personnel and legal counsel – to prepare offering circular or private placement memorandum (including the investment highlights and underlying financial projections)
