- Effectively manage relationships with attorneys and accountants - assisting client companies with loan origination, acquisition and disposition, tax counsel, capital formation, reviewed statements, GAAP audits and income tax returns.
- Negotiate tenant lease contracts and multi-year facilities maintenance contracts.
